About Erika
I’m a passionate coach, facilitator, and speaker on a mission to help high-achieving leaders and teams live more authentically, take bigger risks, and find greater fulfillment. I believe authenticity is the key to living a full, joyful life—and it’s something I practice daily.
For years, I was an overachieving people-pleaser, chasing perfection in my career at Google and personal life. But despite the success, I felt deeply insecure and unfulfilled. Everything changed in 2013 when my daughter, Vivian, underwent spinal surgery. That moment was a turning point; I realized I was waiting for life to start. I stopped waiting and began crafting a life true to who I am.
Leaving Google to start my own leadership consulting firm brought another lesson: our identity is what keeps us from our authenticity. I've learned that true growth comes when we break free from those self-imposed limits—and this is exactly what I help people like you do, by stepping into a more authentic, powerful version of yourself.

A few fun facts:
I’m a single mom to two amazing daughters, Evelyn and Vivian, and our sock-loving Golden Retriever, Basil. I’m quirky, love a good cuss word, and talk with my hands. Horse riding and adventure travel are my passions, and nothing beats a cup of dark-roast coffee and a warm chocolate chip cookie.
